BROCCOLI CORN BAKE
1 10-ounce package frozen broccoli, chopped, thawed
1 16-ounce can cream style corn
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 egg beaten
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoons minced onion
Dash of pepper
2 tablespoons melted butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combined the broccoli, corn, 1/2 cup of the cracker crumbs, egg, 2 tablespoons of butter, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well. Place in 1/2 quart casserole. Blend the remaining 1/2 cup cracker crumbs and 2 tablespoons of melted butter, sprinkle over broccoli mixture. Bake for 45 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
